Did you wean off of your medications under a doctor's supervision? Stopping medication suddenly can make someone very sick, so that could be part of what's going on.

If you're getting sick because of the medication, you should start to feel better once the medications are completely out of your system (which can take up to a few weeks), but it sounds like something you should talk with your doctor about.

Depression is a serious condition. I can go on and on about it. But, I think the most important thing is that you stay calm. Breathe slowly when your really depressed. Take walks, and exercise but don't over do it. Try meditation or be around people. Do the following when you're really feeling blue.
1. Ask yourself why you are feeling this way.
2. If it's a small thing like an argument try fixing it or talk it out.
3. If it's something like death of a loved one, try to change what you're thinking about. Watch tv or go take a walk.
4. If that doesn't work, sit down and breathe, in and out, inhaling for 5 seconds and exhaling the for the same amount of time.
5. If you are living alone, try seeing a doctor or visit some support groups, just google and you'll find a lot! So don't worry.
6. If you're getting bad thoughts in your brain like wanting to end your life, DON'T!! Call someone close you. Seek help.

These illnesses do not make you dumb or crazy! In fact, they should make you more aware of the part that you need to fight them. Take control of them, don't let them control you.

Your doctor can find the right combination for you. And sometimes taking new meds you may have a few side effects to begin with.....go to your doctor. With your diagnosis if your doctor had stopped the medicine he would have put you on something else so please don't just play around with meds..let your doctor do that for you!
Am sorry to say but most ones with your disorders tend to stop their meds for one reason or other...

Whats wrong with you you asked? You aren't taking your medication you need. Its like heart disease, diabetes, you have to have treatment the rest of your life so accept that and make your appointment and stop doing the doctors work for him.
