i kno eating lots of fats and chunky food with no exercise can make u gain weight but at the same time u dont wanna be unhealthy and risk getting sick. at health food stores u can get supplements which help u gain weight. they are like those weight loss milkshakes but they do the opposite, and u can make a suitable diet to go with the supplement, this was u wontget sick or risk ay other problems from gainin alot of weight. if the weight gainer doesnt work, u may want to try the muscle gainer, which ca also add to ur weight.

A dietitian once told me to eat 3 large meals a day with no snacks in between and to eat a bowl of icecream before bed. This is supposed to slow down your metabolism. If you eat small meals throughout the day your metabolism will increase causing you to lose weight.

Stop doing everything and eat alot. Sweets, cokes, carbs, etc. You will gain weight unless there is some physical reason you can't.
