Son of God almost always = Jesus, Son of Man = Jesus (because He was born of Mary even though He was God), Children of God = Believers.

Son of God refers to Jesus Christ because He was begotten of God the Father through Mary.

Son of Man refers to Jesus Christ's humanity by virtue of His birth as a human.

Children of God refers to those who by accepting God's sovereignty and grace become His followers.

Son/Children of God refers to all people. Thus Jesus can tell the people they are "gods".
Son of Man - especially in Mark, is Jesus own title. He spent much of his ministry trying to explain it to his disciples and the people.
As Son of Man - Jesus could inherit/accept the curse of Man/Humanity. Only the Son of Man could do such.

God communicates with humanity on a level we can comprehend. this changes from age to age. These terms are used to refer to different aspects of the one and only God. As the colors of the rainbow are contained within sunlight so to are we all contained within the light of Gods unconditional love within our own hearts. in the end we will merge back from whence we came as a raindrop merges into the sea. "God dwells within you as you". These names are like ,raindrop, tide, wave, whitecaps, rivers, lakes or streams, they are all but water.
