I recently gave my cousin from Brooklyn a job. It all started when he recently visited me and the rest of his family in Colombia. He idolized the life and wanted a piece of the Colombian-Americo trade. I didnt want to plug him at first but after seeing how him and his mother were struggling in America, I stepped in. Julian went back to New York and I used my NY connects to get some work up to my cousin. He received 7 grams of crack cocaine for his trial and I had him working with Jesse. I wanted to see if he could move my work. We all start small and everybody has to go through the trial, I touched rocks and grams before I got big. So I didnt want to give him powdered cocaine until he could prove himself. Until now all he was getting was crack, none of my best ****. I instructed him to sale it in the median per gram so that the price wouldnt be too high or too low. All he would have made off that paper weight package was about three hundred. And he couldnt even move that, he even almost got jacked by some Dominicans but got saved by Jesse. He doesnt listen, I told him to stay in Flatbush and pitch but he went up to the wrong place and like I said, got chased by the Dominicans. He also just sits around playing video games all day with no sense of urgency or work ethic. Im not going to pump a kilo out to that. At this rate he wont even see an 8 ball or ounce.

How the people blasting me, how do you think I feel? I didnt want to do this but he persuaded me. Im more confortable with Jesse pushing my product. Only people in NY touching my stuff is the Colombians, Peruvians, and African Americans. Just so happens my cousin is under two of those groups since he's mixed with black so there is no way he was going to handle the rock in Brooklyn without getting it from me anyway. I did this so he wouldnt sneak around. Hell, I dont want this life for him but thats all he know and him failing is probably good for him. I know what I can happen in this game. I know that Big Pacho, Gilberto, Miguel, and half of the old Cali Cartel are in jail. Im whats left along with some other familes trying to go against el norte de valle.

I gave unqualified family members jobs. It was a bad choice because they screw it up, but they're family. So, what I did was give them the crappy jobs where they can't screw anything up, like, I gave my cousin's boy a job as security guard at my business and I gave my cousin Luis a job as assistant to me. Luis got fed up and left, he said the job was too exhausting. My brothers and sons work for me and they'ew doing okay. I trained them before I gave them jobs. My assistant and chauffeur now is my nephew and he loves the job and is great at it. Give them some time or give them a crappy job. I know it's hard to fire a family member because you got other fanily members watching you, ready to get mad a you for firing cousin Louie. Well, Good Luck!

First of all, the crack cocaine business is not a job!!!! You shouldn't be getting your cousin all wrapped up in that nonsense, what kind of family r u? Then you complain about him always sittin around and playing video games, like whose time clock is he on.... NOONES!!!! Thats what all dope dealers do u idiot. Go and get a real job like a real man.

Its humorous to me that the day she introduced her presidency they have been focusing on the incontrovertible fact that she is a mom of five and that she would be able to run an better half and young infants and shelter her childrens on the same time. i be attentive to that something like this would take place to any kinfolk however the incontrovertible fact which you will use your parenting as a plus on your marketing campaign to work out that your teenage daughter is pregnant. do not run on themes which you be attentive to comprise going for use against you.

no not a good idea. I work for a place where the gm is so unqualified it is not funny, he still has the job because he is family.
