That's a little like asking do you prefer blondes or brunettes! Answer: Yes! (or maybe Redheads?!)
If the question is what cheap mass produced beer do you most often buy (when in a bar and the sellection is limited or for casual use at home) ... then the answer is MGD.
But we live in a world of choice!
Asahi Dry goes great with Sushi.
There is nothing wrong with a bottle of Corona and a wedge of lime with a taco.
My all time favorites include
Hoegaarten.
Haacker-Schor
Guiness
Warsteiner
Stella Artrois
Jenlain
With special mention to anything from
Dogfish Head Brewery in Delaware!
especially the 60-minute IPA, the 120-minute IPA, and Jiahu!
But my one single favorite of favorites is
drum roll please ......
Westmalle Tripel trappist ale from Belgium .... it's $4-$5 per 11.2oz bottle at retail ... and worth every penny!

Lighter beers go down easier - Budweiser and Coors are recommended.

I drink Bud Select at home, and Fosters (that's Australian for beer) when I am eating a steak.

When I'm in a bar, I choose Bud Lite. When I buy it from a store, I pick whatever is the cheapest. It all goes downhill anyway.
