I have comcast digital cable. Somehow, I believe my father has been making purchases that somehow don't get blocked by the locks that I put on it through the setup on the digital box. Is there an alternative or add-on that I can put on the digital box to prevent purchases from being made (adult or regular)?

Press Menu and select the Lock. Enter a pin and this will give you parental control over the channels that are accessible and available

Call CATV Customer Service and ask them to block the service. The cable boxes are "addressable" and can be programmed by them. However, this means that you will not be able to purchase the porn either.
