Go to the control panel, click the icon that says language, then click Regional and Language Options. Then click on the Language Tab and click the details button. Then click Add and then find your language that your looking for.
It might not have it in there, you might have to use a special kind of CD ( i don't know what kind, sorry) And that should do it!!! :)
Make sure you click on keyboard layout/ IME to make the keyboard Japanese also. To change back to English click on a little tab on the bottom of your screen in should have the initials of what language your writing in, you can change it at any time.
