I have a pregnant cat right now. If she falls over while trying to lick herself, she's pregnant.

Well assuming it's female...and you are certain of that.
And then are certain the cat has not been spayed .
You will find the truth there .The cat does not go in heat.
It seems to hide out alot lately and snoop in nook like
places and it's hunger may slightly change
and especially if it's tummy area most likely get's larger.

Unneutered females go into heat about every 2 weeks (more frequently if there is an unneutered male around, females ovulate on demand), she should gradually start eating & drinking more, use the litter box more often (my cat peed alot more), the nipples will extend as the teats engorge & she will be on the lookout for a quite, non drafty, fairly warm place to "queen".

u can tell beacuse her stomach starts like swelling up and then she gets more lazy then she normally is
