It is hard to answer this question because there are few details. However the best way I can help is to remind you that there are always reasons for her to not want to take the next step. Talk to her. Girls like that. Find out if she has had any emotional problems when she was younger, or if she has health problems. If the next step you are talking about is sex try doing some research. Go to clinics or on-line and find ways to stay safe with her. Maybe she is afraid of what could happen. Assure her that you will take care of those things. Talking is the best way to get what you and she want.
good luck

Work with her. Don't come off as wanting to just score with her. Talk with her and see where she gets uncomfortable and work through it. When you make out with her, let her know if she wants to stop at anytime to just give you a signal. This way she is in control. If you are not sensitive to this she is going to become more uncomfortable. Basically she is nervous about sex, and probably nervous about shutting you down. It might even make her feel inadequate. So take that out of the equation. Let her know you are cool about stopping if things are getting too heavy and you understand where she is coming from. You take the nerves and pressure away and she will start getting adventurous in time. Good luck to you and take care of her.

dude, all i can say is NEVER RUSH A GIRL...if you think she's too "slow" and "prude" then you're not a very caring person. If you really care for her, her feelings, and preferences, you'd respect that - talk to her about this...maybe she'll give in, maybe she won't - but if you still want to keep her - don't force her and "guilt trip" her into anything she doesn't want to do

Accept her for who she is or move on. Trying to force her into not being a "prude" will just make it worse and isn't fair to her...she's the way she is for a reason and if you aren't happy with that then why are you dating her?

Don't pressure her! Is she a prude or does she have religious or moral beliefs? Ask her. Take it slow. She might be a virgin. She could be scared of STDs or pregnancy.

Don't push her, you need to respect her and her wishes.
Try to put yourself in her shoes. She may not be ready for the
next step. Everyone is different.

What exactly do you mean by "prude"? Is it that she won't have sex with you? Don't push her - if you really care about her, give her time...when she feels it's right, she'll be less "prudish" with you.

Wait until she is ready or she'll think your only in it to hit the sack. If this is all you're looking for, find another girl.
