I use Creme of Nature Moisturizing shampoo, milelium mudd reconstructing mask, aphogee reconstructing conditioner. I then wrap my hair with alchol free mouse and light pink moisturizer. This morning I woke up and my hair was white and extremely dry around the hair line. I used Tea-Tree hair grow creme by Parnevu the day before. I saturated my hair with the pink oil and pulled my hair back in a ponytail. I don't really like my hair oily. I am not sure if my hair is breaking or shedding. It doesn't come out a lot just a little when I comb, run my fingers through my hair or brush my hair. I trim my hair every 6-8 weeks... and my hair is greying too. What is wrong? I drink water not 8 glasses but maybe 4-6 a day at least I try. I have long nails, and long hair run in my family. Is there anything I can do or try? What is it I am doing wrong? I hate Pantene that ruined my hair and head and shoulders don't work it drys it out more.

I had similar probs with my hair and this is what I do...I use the head and shoulders in the blue bottle every second day and lave on for four-five minutes. On the other days, I just use plain old Dove Beautifully Clean Shampoo and Conditioner...it is light as a feather and doesn't aggravate my scalp...stay away from too much product, just let the hair breathe...if you must style, try not to use too much product and try some from the dove line, they are super light and the least allergenic of the bunch...

An inexpensive quick fix might be a hot oil treatment. If you are beginning to gray prematurely, you may have a vitamin deficiency--Try A,C E and B supplements for 3-4 months and see if it makes a difference.

i think u should go to a hair salon and get a conditioning treatment. if you go for a conditioning treatment once a month, u won't have dry hair or dry scalp. sometimes different types of shampoos or conditioners can make ur hair dry...try changing ur shampoo...garnier fructis is an xcellent shampoo...
