Many people thank it would be better but I hold that it would be about the same. Man has been at war since he came down out of the trees. War is the nature of man. Man will just find something else to kill himself over. Man loves killing each other for whatever. The only advantage not having religion if it was passable to live without, would be the quest for knowledge and truth. But honestly I don't believe the human race could live without religion they would just find some other Idol to worship.

nicely, your good judgment is fairly wrong. only with the aid of fact Columbus did no longer hit upon u . s . of america does no longer mean that during 2011 Europe does no longer understand we are right here. many human beings have been crusing around the sea and there grew to become right into a solid incentive to bypass west, youthful guy. So, if Abraham had no longer existed, the guy status next to him could have taken up the yoke. as nicely, your awareness of Jewish literary custom go away little to be needed. yet then, i'm confident it somewhat isn't any longer significant on your argumentative style.

Dear Tony: It would have remained Pagan. Simply, because : Man can not stop from contemplating what he suspiciously feels (in his human consciousness) he is part of. God is within the spirit-mind or soul of every being, and God issues forth from mankind's thoughts, and is the Center of man's innate reverence ; we can not alter our souls. Something, there is. . ..
Our soul was Created for the purpose of being God's vessel - for the outflow of His Magnus (Latin) or magnitude of love.

Think upon the Golden Calf ! The dancing and transvestite expressiveness; the drunken, orgiastic atmosphere as mankind danced round and round the Golden Calf. We would never have progressed! Science would not have begun since the gods are the answer to everything !

Tony, I didn't enter this to attempt to collect 10 points. I actually wanted an opportunity to say to you that after reading some of your questions and the corresponding answers, I want you to know I support you. This Forum can discourage. It takes strength of spiritual knowledge to remain in this and not become confused - yourself. This Forum, in one, needs you and your spiritual knowledge, AND will try to knock you down due to it , at the same time! Just know you ARE supported.

Best regards, Lana

There would be no world.... JESUS is the reason for Christianity.. So we would either not be here at all and HE would not have created the world/people etc.. Or it would be a world where there was absolutely no sin(such as heaven will be)
After JESUS destroys satan, antichrist and all those who have turned their backs on JESUS.. The world will only be the ones who have followed JESUS..

Rev 20
. 9And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.

10And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

11And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.

12And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

13And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

14And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

15And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

all that will be left are those that have followed JESUS

Probably not much different. People are people. The Buddhist and Hindu might have taught us some of the same things as the Jewish and Christian religions. The pagan religions would have taught us respect for the earth and all living things. Human nature would have taught us to kill each other. Not much difference.

We wouldn't be much more advanced than we were thousands of years ago, since the 1500s saw the reformation of Christianity which led to today. Look at Muslims today, still stuck in the 1500s, they need a reformation as well.

Also, it wouldn't be "2007" today, because our calendar is based on the birth of Jesus. Hmm, I wonder how that would've panned out?

A Buddhist, Hindu and Sihk world. Wonder which one of those three the Atheist would hound if there was no Christianity.

I'd say Hindu. They mock the henna tatoos and the Gita. They'd go afte Diwalli.

A rose by any other name is still a rose.

Without God's participation in the world, the world would look as though Islam had won.

(Allah is not God in the Bible.)

It would have been pretty much the same. What would have been different would have been the reasons that these groups fought each other. They would have been fighting for land, resources, etc. instead of whomever their gods were.

I'm sure that we would still find something to fight over. We humans don't seem to be able to get along with each other, no matter how hard we try.
