Hi Crystal...we found the best way to lift pet hair off of furniture and clothing is using the back side of a rubber grooming brush called the Zoom Groom found at most pet stores worldwide misted with water to enhance the pick up.

Tape, lint brushes work well too, but this worked the best of all the products we've tried.

There are brushes used to pick up lint and cat and dog hair off your clothes it has sticky tape and rolls. You could try this but I have to admit having 5 cats myself that trying to keep cat hair off the couch is impossible unlike dogs who can be trained to stay off furniture cats are more independent and will do as they please. No cat hair on the couch will only be a momentary fix believe me it will reappear within the day.

You can buy a lint roller or brush at a dollar store. I just bought a lint brush yesterday and it did wonders for my comforter and couch. It looks like brand new again. I give it 3 days. I have a long haired cat. It blows.

I use a lint brush for everyday cleaning. I have 3 cats and it works pretty good. I vacuum the couch and chairs weekly. A lot of work, but cats are worth it.

brush your cat lots. they could in easy terms be laying off in the hotter cases of the three hundred and sixty 5 days? uncertain the place you reside, yet once you sweep your cat various cases an afternoon in a close-by which could accommodate rapid hair %. up, like a tricky floor storage or basement, then there could be much less hair everywhere else. you may decrease their hair off as long as you saved them heat in a approach or the different. you will have your cat groomed via a specialist. this might pass away shorter hairs, may lead directly to greater hairballs so have hairball treatment on your cat to consume. you're washing them prevalent? The cats or the settee? i might think of that with any puppy on the fixtures you may sparkling it prevalent besides. i take advantage of the lint rollers lots. I in easy terms have one cat that doesn't shed lots, yet i'm a neat freak. One hair in my mouth and that i could initiate with the tape...

Use a clean damp sponge, a damp paper towel, or the best thing is to put on a pair of latex gloves and keep brushing them over the material on the couch.

Try using a hand held vacuum if that doesn't work after at least twice try a lint brush if its a lotta hair use tape like big tape.. there are brushes I saw on Tv that you wear on your hand like a glove and just wipe and it comes off
try as seen on tv .com

This sounds idiotic, but a rubber window squeegee (dry) rubbed in one direction over the hair will give the individual hairs an electric charge that will cause them to stick together. The clump can then be picked up easily with your fingers.
Try it! It works. Good luck.

Your local laundromatte or drycleaner should have lint removers. The best ones I found are the ones with the sticky sheet (like a massive sheet of sticky tape that you remove when it gets non sticky and there's a new one underneath). My parents have 3 cats so there's fur EVERYWHERE. I have one and use it on my clothes before I go out - or on seats before I sit on them, etc.
Good luck

Try a pet hair roller (roll with very sticky tape on it). They are designed for clothes, but they work wonders on furniture.
Or invest in a good vacuum with a pet hair attachment. I just got a Hoover Elite with one and it's great!!
