Hey, there's nothing wrong with saying "court." I think it's great when people say that. It makes dating sound more serious, like it's supposed to be. Chivalry is not dead.

When I was in high school the most effective way was to have a car. I don't suppose that's much of a persuasion anymore because everybody's got one. Oh, I dunno, you gotta say something, just about anything will do. If you're outside or there's a window, you look out and say out loud, "Wow, wouldn't it be great to be sitting beside some stream somewhere just chilling?(or whatever vernacular is currently works for "chilling".) She either says something and you're in, or she ignores you so totally that you can hear a pin drop. This is win-win for you. You either start courting (quaint term), or become just a little tougher by being rejected. I knew this guy, he made it a point to talk to 10 girls a day. Even if only 1 out of 10 girls were interested in talking to him, that's a new girl every day. By the way, this guy (we called him "munchkin" because kids are cruel and he was a bit short) went out with some of the cutest girls in the school.

They can press charges. Whether or not the state will support those charges is up to the state. And then you will go through the legal system. With those many witnesses you could easily prove self defense which is legal reason to assault someone. The state probably won't file charges. But they can file a civil suit which is a WHOLE other issue. But if the witnesses heard what she said to you then that is a good credibility issue to bring up in trial.

try to create a coincidence, like find out where she does laudry or where she goes for shopping follow her to her place or ask her best friends, and then when you see her outside of school, start with :"you are with me in class, my name is ..., she'll automatically tell you her name... and then you can say, I don't have a book for the class and I am wondering if we can work on homework together or prepare for exam... and after that first study group in the library, you can say I enjoyed talking to you and I am wondering if you will be interested to have a coffee after this or tomorrow.."try to be funny say jokes"if you make her laugh she will not mind be with you in the future.. good luck men

Talk to her. I recommend toning the ol' English down a bit (unless that's your thing, which is cool i guess). If you have classes with her, that at least gives you something in common to talk about. Ask her about an assignment, even if you know what it is already. Another idea is to get a small study group together and ask her to join.

define court?
Maybe just try to kind of 'bump' into her. Then you can say sorry and maybe strike up a converstaion.
You could also try simply walking by her in the hallway when she's alone and ask her about the homework for one of your classes....
good luck
just be confident

go to her house and ask to see her. if you are lucky she will come downstairs and have a glass of lemonade with you on the front porch. after you court her like this a few times, you can try to "spark" her....

Well, to me you sound like a gentleman. "Court" makes it sound like you really are interested in knowing and being with her.
I would ask her for help with your homework or if you know something she is involved in (sports, music, or certain subjects) ask her about that like you are interested too!
Sounds like a lucky girl!

AAWWW...I would just ask her for notes or just ask her something about the class. Tell her "Someone told me you had a boyfriend." That is always a convo starter.
