Noooo , raw materials would be their original components which was cotton once upon a time but with so much polyester in the world now, you would have to read the label to ascertain the raw (original) materials .
Raw materials are the materials BEFORE they are processed.

jeans not considered raw material.
just is a combination of several material.. such as wool, cotton spandex & button..
