ok first of all dont listen to the me me bubb chick. That girl is talking about lust not love. You will know she is the one if...
1. You cant see yourself with out her
2. Everytime you see her, you light up.
3. If you can see you unborn children in her eyes.
4. If you can image that in 50 years that you will love her more than you do now.
5. And if she is so special that you would die inorder to save her.

I don't know about THE ONE, however, how you will know if she is ONE of the ones, i would say:
you want to spend all of your free time with her
when your phone rings and it is her, you get excited...even though she has called you a million times during your relationship
you care about her deeply.

...when she has everything you ever looked for. I just got married (Dec. 28th, 2006). My wife has spectacular personality, sense of humor, intelligence, beauty, responsibility, trust, the most beautiful smile, and she is my best friend too. She is it and has been it since shortly after I met her 3 and a half years ago.

I know that sounds stupid but that's how I knew that my husband was the one. I felt it in my soul and still do after 15yrs together.
