I can answer this one for you. You have a couple of different routes you can take. I assume you are active duty. While on active duty you will need to see you education Officer usually located in the S-3 shop. He will be able to set you up to apply for the MECEP program. The MECEP program is the best thing around, the Corps will pay you to go to college and put you through ROTC. At the conclusion you will be commissioned a 2ndLt. If you already have your degree, you are in a much better position. The other option is the ECP, much like the MECEP but you have to pay your own way. The final option is to get out at the end of your enlistment and stay reserve. While in the reserves, go through the PLC program. If you are a reservist, get ahold of the local OSO (officer selection office), you company commander and 1stSgt can help you find him or her.

Also, dont be afraid to ask your platoon commander, he can help you out. The corps needs good officers, I hope you become one of them. It's all about doing your best, getting your degree and making it through Officer Candidate School. The first step is to ask an Officer who can get you the necessary ALMAR which outline the process. Good Luck.

Where are you going through MCT?

Unless you have an undergraduate degree, you can't. If you have a degree than you can visit with the Sgt/Mjr in your first duty station and put in your request through him. I believe you will need recommendation from a commissioned officer before this will happen.

I guess my question to you is, why didn't you think about doing this before you enlisted?

A college degree from a 4 year school. If you don't have that ask your recruiter about becoming a Warrant Officer.
