We have a 3000 square foot 4 bedroom home and have no idea what to do with all the space. We have 1 as master, 1 as guest bedroom and the other 2 have nothing in them. I have my pool table downstairs, so a game room is out of the question. They are not that big, so I thought about a computer room but the computer is in the master. They do not have cable or phone hookups so I dont know. Is there any way to get the computer in there and have internet without having the phone company come out and put a new plus for 150 bucks?

I say knock down the wall between them (that is if they are side by side) and make a master bedroom with sitting area, a phone jack can be installed easy

You can buy a phone jack that is somehow cordless. It just plugs into your electrical outlet. Or you can add a jack pretty easily. Just drill a small hole in the floor that goes to the basement and run your line up through the floor.

Um, why buy something too big for you?
If no kids will be on the way, maybe a hobby room?
