Is no that common but the closest name in Italian is BRIZIO,
The origin is in common with BRYCE /BRICE from the Latin "Bricius", Celtic 'Brictiu" (multicoloured,speckled).

The equivalent is "Brizio"... But it is an ancient Roman name and now it is unknown in Italy!

I don't think there is a name initalian for Bryce.
Maybe the most similar is Bruno...but not so much! :-)
