We have all of those, and more, including temples of worship for Wiccans, Witches, Druids, and Satanists.

I'm afraid that you are wrong; as far as there only being Christian churches in America. It would be wonderful if that truly was the case. There are many churches in America which are not Christian churches; as bad as I hate to have to say such. By a Christian church, I am speaking of a church which believes without exception every word of the Word of God. A couple which I personally believe to be non-Christian churches, or denominations, is the ones called "The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints," and "Jehovah's Witnesses." There are many teachings within their writings, which I do not believe at all to be the true teachings of God. A person has the right to believe whatever that they choose to believe, but I believe that those folks who believe the teachings of these two denominations, are desperately mixed up concerning quite a few different principles. As far as the Budist and the Hindu Temples are concerning, the less that we can find them, the better off our nation will be. For there are most certainly nothing Christian about them. However, I have nothing at all against the Jewish Synagogues. For Jesus Christ Himself was a Jew. My suggestion is that you get into the Word of God and study it thoroughly.

Here in Madison we have several Buddhist temples, groups, congregations, what have you, and four different Jewish Synagogues. We also have B'hai, and the Freedom from Religion FOundation. We have a mosque and a hindu temple, and several more of each of the above within 100 miles of here. America is a big place--be careful not to paint with too broad a brush. I give you an example below:

All are in the USA: Jewish Synagogues, Christian Chruches, Mosques, Buddhist Temples, Hindu and Sheik (spelling), and other places of worship. Also Satan worshipping ones.

Why dont you try looking it up in a telephone directory in the states. I gather that there are plenty of places where there are synagogues, Budist/Hindu Temples + other faiths places of worship.
If not try googling it.

True, most of what you see are Christian Churches. There are, though, other places of worship. In my town within San Antonio there is a Christian Church, a Buddist/Hindu temple (the times of worship vary, so they switch out the "decorations"), a Synagogue, and a Maque. You need to do your research before claiming anything of that sort.

Lady where have your been? Perhaps you need to travel around a little. They are all there. The Islamic religion is huge here. The Bahia's are growing like mad. The Jewish people have had their places of worship here forever. Muslims are all over the place. Do you think they leave the country to worship. We have a convenience store here where many times when I went into pay for gas, the owner was on his face, facing east. I live in Texas! Everyone politely stood around and waiting until he was through, paid, said hello, and left. I never hear anyone say anything at all. The quietly waited for him to finish.
