Why do the majority of Christians find it so necessary to judge people who differ from their beliefs? Do they not realize that it is their own GOD that tells them not to judge, or you will be judged yourself?? Oh and speaking of judging, I am Wiccan, I love all living things....go ahead, judge me and tell me how satanic I am for loving living things!

As for those who say Wiccans are sent from the Devil to tempt the good, you too are wrong due to the fact that true Wiccans DO NOT force their beliefs upon others, therefore if we were sent by the devil, we would obviously try and force it upon you!
Wiccans ARE NOT evil people, they are pure, and believe in life....PERIOD! Not curses, or murder or anything else that refers to Evil!

Other added details are to those who are taking offense by saying they don't judge others, if you read the question, you would see that I wrote the MAJORITY not ALL Christians!

Christians think that they must take it upon themselves to "save" all of us. And those of us who decide not to convert, they say we will burn in hell.
And with regards to your wiccan religion....I studied it briefly, and I find it amusing that Christians think that Wiccans are "the devil"....when it actually has NOTHING to do with Christianity, the Christian God, or the Christian devil! Its a completely separate religion. Wiccans are probably the nicest people you'll ever meet. They have respect for all living things. Just because some of their rituals may be slightly unorthodox, doesn't mean that its evil.
I, personally, am an agnostic......but I find other religions fascinating and I enjoy learning about them. I grew up a Christian though.....(which is why I'm an agnostic now!) lol. I don't hate Christians....its just that most of the ones I've met are close-minded, ignorant, and pushy. Therefore, I have a dislike for them. I still have Christian friends (i'm not completely biased).....but they know not to push their beliefs on to me....and I don't push mine onto them.

The Bible doesn't tell Christians not to judge beliefs that run contrary to what the Word of God has to say. The Bible condemns judgment without mercy and hypocritical judgment.

1 Corinthians 6:2 Or do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if the world is to be judged by you, are you incompetent to try trivial cases? (3) Do you not know that we are to judge angels? How much more, then, matters pertaining to this life!

As to your being a Wiccan, Christians are called to love you and to try and show you the error of your belief system. No, there is nothing wrong with loving living things, there just isn't any eternal salvation attached to that belief. You can be a person who has trusted in Jesus for their salvation and love living things too you know.

Christians have a fail safe clause in being christian. They can do whatever they want and are ALREADY forgiven. No matter what, they will go to heaven. No earthly consequence matters. I don't believe Wiccans are satanic, but not being Wiccan, I really don't know. I am reading what you wrote as if it was tinged with a little sarcasm.

Why does anyone judge? Christians are no more guilty, than any other group. Everyone judges to some degree, it is natural. Some people are just more vocal about it than others and with group mentality going on, it is easy to get wrapped up in judging quite loudly.

It is only human to analyze things based upon your core beliefs, whether you are Christian,Buddhist or whatever you proclaim your belief system to be.
When you "decide" anything you have made a "judgment",using the aforementioned principals or beliefs .
So you see Christians, like others, must analyze, and in turn "judge" because they to,are only human.

I dislike it when people try to say the Bible says not to judge others...apparently those who say this have not read the entire Bible and studied it in depth!

The Bible clearly says to judge not lest ye be judged...it goes on to explain if you are doing something wrong to not judge others of this...it's sort of the pot calling the kettle black so to speak!

The Bible also says the saints shall judge the world...and in the Bible we are the saints!

Read it for yourselves!

In other words...do not judge others of something you yourself do!

Telling someone the truth is not judging them anway! The bible says to know the truth and speak it not is a sin! So if you know the truth and keep it hid...then you sin!

Read the Bible front to back before posting stupid questions!

I am also Wiccan, and I feel your pain. My mother and grandmother and great grandmother were all brought up strict Catholics. They think I'm evil, because I don't worship "him". What they don't see is that I don't have to worship "him" in order to feel peace. We feel peace everyday, looking around at the things mother nature has given us. They were brought up to believe everything not Christian is evil, and unfortunatley, so many of the people in the world today believe them, it's hard to change views...

NO ONE. Real Christians are taught that with the measure we judge others, so shall we be judged. Its hard, very hard, to live up to Jesus expectations of us, especially here. But, then I remember that Satan will send those to tempt us.

May the Lord bless and keep you, may he make his face to shine upon you and grant you peace. Amen

Why do you yourself judge? You don't know me. You have no idea what type of Christian I am. I DO NOT judge. Some of my best friends are Wiccan. I have my faith and they have theirs. Next time you assume something think about your assumption then type your question.

i have explained this very thing it seems like hundreds of times. the bible does not say that a person may not judge another person. it says that you cannot judge another person IF you do the very thing you're telling them not to do. for example, i can't tell you not to curse if i curse. i cannot tell you not to be greedy if i am greedy. i cannot tell you not to commit adultery if i commit adultery. however, if i do not curse, then i can tell you not to do it. if there is something in the bible that it says is not to be done and i do not do it, then i am free to tell others not to.
