This question seems to be asked like 20 times a day, "Can you prove God exists?" and then someone of a Abrahamic religion will say, "Of course. Just look around, proof that God exists is all around us".
Are there really people out there that believe this is a valid and sufficient answer?
If I told you, "I am a God" and you said "Prove it" and I said "Just look around, thats proof that I am god", do you really believe this answer is good enough to prove that I really am a God?

Biblically, yes, it is a valid answer.
The verse below is self-explanatory:

Yes, and No. Thought there is ample evidence in the universe, this does not suffice and G-d doesn't ask us to throw out the brain which He gave us. This is why there are those of us who are apologists (defenders of the faith) and have submitted proofs for His existence. I have a site of some apologetics which I list below. There is a book which I recommend called "The Case for a Creator" which is especially insightful with respect to the complexities of this universe and even this planets specific place in it. We can look at the dynamics of our human body, and I have an apologetic on the reproductive system as well for peoples consideration.

No you're right "looking around" is not absolute proof that god exists, but I personally CHOOSE to believe that a supreme intelligence created the universe rather than believing I am simply a product of random reactions with absolutely no purpose to being here. I am much too smart for that.

Can you Prove to me that there is no God?
Don't hand the line of "Look around you don't see Him"
Just like you
No one can prove in this day in time that there is a God and no one can prove that there is no God
it is called Faith

It may not be the answer you seek, but what kind of answer do you want? We all have our opinions of why we believe in God and why God exist. This forum is hardly big enough for one to explain everything that may lead them to believe in God. Sometimes, just a short statement may be all they want to give.
Now as far as you saying that you are God, I would know without asking that you weren't. God would never do anything like that.

Absolutely correct!
Psalms 19:1 "The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. 2 Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge. 3 There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard. 4 Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world.

My answer to a question on the presence of God would be "look inside yourself..." and not look around. Whatever you want to find may be there in yourself.....Think about your mood, nature, your finger prints, which can't be replicated.....so many things...God has made everyone as special as himself....So have faith, truct...and who knows one day you will see him.
