Most of the descriptions of the end times, actually come before revelation. But to those descriptions within, some are already being seen. Lots of the beginning of revelations, speak of the churches and their positions, and situations, at the time. Most of Revelation though, has yet to be revealed, I mean, it is pretty huge stuff. What is scary though, is that so much of what the rest of the bible says about it coming, is definitely coming, or already here. Not to say, it couldn't become REAL bad though. There are lots of explanations out there, about why the earth is the way it is, for example, the changing weather patterns, the earths changes, earthquakes, etc. The bible speaks of these things as birth pangs... Those that don't care for the bible and think its a bunch of malarkey, think its global warming, or man's negative impact on the earth, or ANYthing but that it could be what the bible says it is. There is only one problem with this way of viewing the bible. There is NO book known to man, especially an ancient one, with as many partial and complete manuscripts that comes close to it, especially the prophetic accuracy!! None of the prophecies have not come true, exactly as they said they would. Mere men cannot have known this, it would have to be what it claims to be, to be so accurate, on so many levels! It just could be, that it IS inspired, by God, because God wanted us to know what the heck is going on in this life, why we are here, etc., and where we are going. I for one, am SO thankful for this, as we humans don't really deserve it. But to mock it, would just scare me. You are wise to study the book of Revelation. It is the only book said, to bring a blessing, and it is promised, to him that reads and studies it. I hope to not be here, when that stuff begins, but even if I am ,I know how it ends, and where I stand. I hope everyone at least looks into it, and I hope my answer may have helped at least a little.

I think most of the prophecies were fulfilled around 70 A.D. Armageddon was a place where armies(Roman) gathered, it wasn't a big spiritual battle. I tend to have preterist and amillennial views on Revelation.

Revelationbs is a symbolical allegory for those with eyes to see and ears to hear : It pertains to the Bloodline of Christ being the Desponyi and Ho-Teken and their struggle for their rightful place at the head of the faith there are no prophecies contained in relvelations and the literall readings are just to scare little children
