Are you asking about the nipples or teats? If so, then there are three things that can happen.
1. The nipples will reduce in size after spaying
2. The nipples will remain the same size after spaying
3. The nipples will remain the same size after spaying.
The nipples may never return to normal, but they may decrease in size significantly after spaying. Once she's through her heat, have her fixed ASAP. : )

Hi if your talking about her vagina, yes it does swell quite abit. My female lab is in heat right now. She is very swollen. Usually it last for 26 days after that the swelling disappears, untill she becomes in heat again. Hope this answers your question.

If they've been swollen for a long time she could be going through a false pregnancy. When her hormones calm down usually the "****" reduce size.

If your talking about her vagina, yes it gets swollen when she's in heat, but should return to normal size after she finishes her heat. Please if you know this little about dogs and heat, then you dont need to breed or let her get pregnant. PLEASE GET HER SPAYED.

If you're talking about her mammaries, then yes, they do--if you don't like it, you should get her spayed early...should do that anyway unless you have a VERY good reason to breed her and are willing to do health testing, etc.

yes. Unspayed dogs are larger in that area than spayed ones.
