The big place in the shopping centre attached to North Sydney station is the best I know of. I'm fairly sure it has the same name as the shopping centre (Northwood?)

For inner Sydney, I recommend Crystal Seafood Restaurant at Strathfield. It is located at Strathfield Plaza, so parking is easy (not so much hassle like in Chinatown), price is reasonable and the food is great and yummy! They have good service as well. It's my favourite place as I live close there. There is one place in Burwood but tasted bland, so I won't be going to Burwood one anymore.

I also like Kam Fook Restaurant at Westfield Bondi, very nice place and I heard some celebs go there too for Yum Cha!

Dragon Seafood, East Ocean & Marigold is always good at Chinatown, try to come early (like 10 -11 am) to avoid peak hour at 12-1pm, otherwise you'll be queing for 1 hour!

The North Sydney one is at Greenwood Plaza, but personally I don't really like it that much, a little pricey and food is just normal. I went there with my workmates because it was the only yumcha place at North Sydney.

I also like East Ocean in Chinatown:
421-429 Sussex St
Haymarket NSW 2000
Phone (02) 9212 4198

But it's not a well-kept secret, so go early. If there are only two people, it's slightly easier to get a table. Usually worth the wait! There's also a great bakery just a few doors down for dessert.
