Slim Fast is nothing but sugar water with a little protein added in.
making your own protein shakes is cheaper and tastier. you can also try the Advantage shakes by Atkins they are MUCH better than Slim Fat shakes..

To really get into shape, I wouldnt put my hopes on Slim Fast. I keep some in my fridge to add a meal if I'm in a hurry. It has too much sugar to aid in real weight loss. Try a whey protien supplement like from EAS. Just clean up what you eat and how you shop. Go with whole grains, white meat and lots of veggies. I am giving you my guidelines that I am following now and with cardio the clothes are falling off and I feel wonderful. Good health to you!!

Work on life AFTER Slimfast. In other words, restructure how you think about eating, how you eat. Eat smaller portions. Eat smaller meals, and more frequently to keep blood sugar levels constant. Reduce calories after finding out your recommended daily maintenance level for a person of your height, weight and activity level. Remember: each pound equals 3,500 calories. Any time you burn 3,500 calories more than you take in, you'll drop a pound. It's not as hard as it sounds.

Read the ingredient label, it is mostly sugar . . .
Everyone I know who drank it , is still fat.
Put sugar in some milk and add some vitamins , that would be about the same but a lot cheaper . . .
and you still won't loose weight until you start doing activity that burns more calories than you ingest.
Switch to grilled meats and veggies and get active at something.

no I've tried it and it just made me eat more the best thing you can do is just watch you food intake and excersise daily or at least 3x's a week and try a gym or get into a new work out routine make sure you change it up every now and again so you don't get bored!

it does but you have to stick with it. also use it with some sort of work out program. i lost 30 pounds from it one summer. although be prepaired to go to the bathroom about a half hour after using it for about the first week or so, untill your body gets used to it. and my recomendation is have a normal breakfast, and then a shake or bar for lunch and a shake or bar for dinner. good luck!

Slim Fast works because it cuts your calories. You could develop any low-calorie mealplan and follow it every day to lose the same amount of weight.

Seriously i may work while you do it but there is a huge side effect....you gain all your weight back once u come back to normal food...trust me...try a healthier diet :)
