It really depends more on your measurements than on your height. For a female, no more than about 25% of your body weight should be from fat. So if you are very muscular, you might weigh 140 or 150 pounds, and be very healthy. However, you say you are an average fitness girl, so I am assuming this means you are not seriously lifting weights and trying to build muscle. In which case, probably around 130 or maybe a little lower. You should probably try finding out how much body fat you have and aim for a better percentage of body fat, rather than focus on the actually weight.

According to a table of ideal weights a 5' 3" 16 year old girl should weigh 116 pounds.

I am the same height and i weigh 55kgs. i dont look too skinny or overweight, so around about that is probably healthy, with a few kilos either side as well. I reckon as long as you look in proportion you will be right

that would depend on how much body fat you have.

with lower than average body fat say at 18% a good weight would be around 115 lbs
