Well it kind of depends on the breed, the size maybe it's color. Like a big dog could be like Lacy or Macy or a small one Darla or honey, maybe shakes it's neutral I don't know my dogs name is Max, so you get an idea of creativity for names,he's a German Shephard and looked like a Max too me, what does yours look like to you? I like Charlie that can be for a girl or boy. Ok well good luck with that, :)

Cat, PMS, Furious, Vixen. I personally like to name critters after rivers from my home state. I hail from Texas so I've used the names, Pecos, Brazos, Bosque, San Antonio, Colorado, Red, Grande, Trinity, Frio, San Saba, Cocho and San Angelo.
Good luck and have fun with it.

I have always believed that all animals have a name that they have chosen, it is up to us to figure it out. With both of my dogs I just spurting out names that I like until I got a "response" from the dog. My two dogs are named, ChiaPet and Ka-na-ta-na-ski. They each told me when I had "stumbled" upon their name by ears perking and looking my way. I believe in the Cherokee way.
