1 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup Mexican Style Shredded Cheese
1/2 cup sliced green onions
2 Tbsp. sliced pitted ripe olives
MIX beans and taco seasoning mix. Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish.
LAYER all remaining ingredients over bean mixture; cover. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
SERVE with chips.

Awesome and Easy Taco Dip
1 regular package of cream cheese (softened to room temp)
2 cups sour cream
1 package of Taco Seasoning
1/2 green pepper - chopped
1/2 red pepper - chopped
2 green onions - chopped
1 and 1/2 cups shredded Tex-Mex Cheese
With electric mixer blend together the cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning until well blended.
Pour mixture into square or rectangle baking dish. Top with grated cheese then cover with chopped peppers and green onions.
Chill for a couple of hours and you are good to go. Serve with nacho chips and a side of salsa.
I make this for work functions all the time and it goes fast!

TACO DIP
1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 pkg. powdered taco seasoning
1/2 bottle taco sauce (not salsa)
2 cups taco style shredded cheese
lettuce
2 tomatoes
onion (optional)
Frito's scoop corn chips
Mix softened cream cheese and powdered taco seasoning in a bowl. Add small amounts of taco sauce until mixture is a spreadable consistency.
Spread onto shallow platter or plate. Spread a little of the taco sauce onto mixture.
Spread lettuce, tomatoes and onions (if desired) evenly. Top with cheese. Serve with Frito's Scoops

Touch Down Taco Dip
1 can (16 oz) refried beans
small piece of onion
1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup black olives
2 garlic cloves
1 pkg. (1.25 oz) taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 small tomato
tortilla or corn chips
Preheat oven to 375. Spread refried beans into bottom of deep dish baker. Combine cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning in bowl. Press garlic; add to cream cheese mixture. Core tomato and chop. Chop onion and olives. Sprinkle tomato, olives and onion over cream cheese mixture. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes or until hot. Serve with sour cream and chips.
Microwave variation: Microwave on High for 3 minutes; turn. Cook on High an additional 2-3 minutes or until mixture is bubbly around edges.

2 avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayo
2 tomatoes
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 cans jalapeno beans
1 can pitted black olives
1 lg. bunch green onions
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp cheddar cheese
1 bag Tostito chips
1. Spread jalapeno bean dip in oblong dish.
2. Mash peeled avocados. Mix with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread on top of jalapeno beans.
3. Mix sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning. Spread or layer on top of avocado mixture.
4. Chop green onions, olives and tomatoes. Sprinkle in separate layers.
5. Shred cheese and put on top.
6. Use Tostitos for dipping.
Serves 8-10.

on the bottom of a platter put:
refried beans
then a package of taco mix combined with a carton of sour cream
then a bag of cheese
top it off with salsa, black olives, etc... whatever you like to eat on tacos!
It is soooo yummy! you can eat it heated up or cold. It's easy to make and a hit with everyone! Enjoy!

I make a very simple bean dip that gets requested for almost everything...
Refried beans
Sour cream
Chunky mild salsa
Mexican blend shredded cheese
Layer the ingredients in order listed, serve with tortilla chips.

Crockpot Taco Dip
1lb. ground beef, browned
1 small onion, diced & cooked w/ground beef
small block of mexican velveeta
1 jar salsa
1 can cream of mushroom
1 c. milk
jalapenos (optional)
while browning ground beef & onion together. place all remaining ingredients into crock pot. heat on high for 15 minutes. add browned beef to crockpot. turn heat to low & heat until cheese is melted. i guarantee you will love this recipe

this is quick, easy, and it ROCKS!!!!
...here's the dip
fry some hamburger meat, onion(red or white), green pepper, mushrooms.
when meat is cooked add a jar of your favorite salsa(aprox 2 cups if you buy the huge sized jars)
put half this in a baking/casserole dish, put a tub of cottage
cheese over that, put the rest of the meat over the cottage cheese, and top with shredded cheese
( i use either cheddar, mozzarella, or marble)
bake or microwave until cheeses are melted (oven about 20 mins...microwave about 5 mins)
