I tried to install it several times and I go through the steps and it never installs. Now I can't play videos i used to be able to play on You Tube! Help! What did I do and how can I fix it? Any ideas will be greatly appreciated!

I get this yellow box that says to install Active X and I try to and it does nothing and where the video's should be is a stupid little box in an empty space!!

I don't have any version of Adobe Flash player on my computer do i have to remove ANY flash player i have installed?

you must remove any flash player already installed before you try to install a fresh copy. go to start, control panel, add/remove programs and delete any copies of flash player already there, reboot your pc then go to www.adobe.com and install a fresh copy
