I guess you stepped on some toes, big time with this question. The funny thing is, it IS a fair question. While it does go both ways, it is still refreshing to see this side asked. They have nothing to offer. Most people don't want to have to answer to any god, they want to do what they want, when, how, etc. They think god would exist to take away the fun in life. SO far from the truth! Of course no one here, can prove does not exist, even that one guy C Junk, that thought he gave you a clever answer, and ended with the "smell, see, feel like" comment. I think you hit a nerve with people, and there is a reason for that. Keep up the good work, and stand tall! :)

You cannot prove a negative assertion, the burden of proof is always on the person making the positive claim. If I said that the third planet in the Alpha Proxima star system was covered with a three foot layer of French brie and told you to prove it wasn't, you wouldn't be able to even though the assertion is ridiculous.

You CANNOT prove something that does not exist. In philosophy, its called a negative argument. In order to PROVE something exists, you must first have some sort of tangible proof that it DOES exist in some way.
Trying to prove god exists is like proving there is such a thing as a square circle.
You need to go back to school and open your mind.

This is a pointless question. You can't prove a negative. You might as well ask "can anyone PROVE that the three headed invisible elephant in my garden doesn't exist?"
While we're at it can you PROVE that God does exist? Note: If you use the Bible as your proof you must also prove that the bible is true.

Total lack of any evidence for something is proof that it doesn't exist.
I could make up ridiculous crap for days, and if you say that no evidence one way or the other means that it does exist, you are going to be stuck with all of it.
And there is plenty of evidence that things in the Bible are wrong. Example: No world wide flood. There would have to be a uniform deposit of sediment. It doesn't exist, so there wasn't a flood.

Not so much as anyone can prove that there are Invisible Pink Unicorns and Purple Gorillas or a Celestial Tea Pot.

But you cant prove he exists either so technically you cannot beleive in something that does not exist because it has not been proved.
Now dont go telling me its all about faith - you said you wanted PROOF and Faith is NOT proof!!

Which God, the Christian God? There is plenty of evidence against the Bible, take that how you want. No one can disprove God more than they can flying space turtles.
