That all depends. All things are possible. If you're under 18, it's normal to go through phases of hating parents on and off because you feel like they control you- which they do, because they are responsible for you. But, if you over 18 and still hate mom, I'd try to dig to the real meanings of why you hate mom. For it to be justifiable, mom would have had to really neglect or abuse you with no good reason (which there is no good reason for abuse) to be deserving of hate. Moms give up so much to have children and take care of them. I never understood how great my own mother was, until I had a child of my own, but if you would have asked me at 14 or 15 years old, yep, I hated her.

It is possible, and I grew up hating my mother. She had me when she was 16, was very beautiful, and more like a bad sister than a mom. I went through life trying to find a real mom.

My mom died 10 years ago and we never resolved our issues between us, she used to tell me I ruined her life,,,,,,,,,etc.

I do not know if she realized how she hurt me, but I still grieve the inability to come to terms with our relationship.

If you two can get counseling and find the love that you both need it would be better than going trough life saying, I lost my mother and she never said she loved me.

Please, for you sake, do not let this happen to you as it will hurt you the rest of your life.

Seems like a lot of girls do.
I personally don't understand hate.
I loved my Mother and I know she loved me. I am so glad that she died knowing that I loved her.
I have 5 grown children, I know for sure that 4 love me, but the oldest one has not been in our home in 21 yrs, since her Grandmother( my Mother) died. She used to be such a joy to be with.We all miss her and I would welcome her with open arms. Life is tough but God is good !!

depends on why , my mother acted like she didn't want me & wasn't there for me & let alot of things happen to me & my sisters. I got throught it with freinds & seeing my freinds mothers love them. If you throwing a fit bcuz u ain't getting ur way or something no I could not see it. Like I said Im not close to my mother , I don't hate her but i wish she were different, it is hard for me to call her but I realize she was my only parent
