The .daa extension is used for CD/DVD Image files. This format, as far as I know, is only compatible with a program called PowerISO. You can download a free trial version to mount the Image, and it will appear in your "My Computer" page as an extra drive where you can view the files it contains. Then you can use that to extract the files within the image or do with it as you please.

To mount a .daa image with PowerISO, open the program, click on the "Options" tab, then click "configuration". Set the number of devices to 1. Click OK, then click "Mount", which is at the upper right of the PowerISO program. Click on "Device [X:]

these are files for movies that are stored in a special format and you would need a file converter to open them ...
