Seems like everyone knows the answer. Well, I think my sister and I have some experience in this area. We used to remove the hair from our upper lips & chins with the cream hair removal stuff. That was 25-30 years ago. My sister actually has a little beard and I with me, the hair is trying to grow in thicker and darker. It could be hormones.... But more than likely, it probably has more to do with us removing the hair repeatedly. My sister's was so thick that she had to start shaving it off. She still does. Me? I tweeze....everyday. My suggestion is for him to start shaving---everyday! It'll start to thicken up. Do know that heredity does play a role and if it's not in his genes to have lots of hair....shaving won't help much.
Good luck.....

well if he wants to grow thicker, darker, and more hair then i suggest that he just shave more and wait a while so his hair could start growing thicker, darker, and more hair will come out trust me thats why people shaving a while after they shave thats because the hair comes back thicker, darker, and more hair comes out you just have to wait a while after you shave.
