not sayin you do, but if you have an ED you gets chills all the time

There could be many reasons for this. If you are very thin, you will feel the cold more than others. Another reason could be you have an underactive thyroid gland. To find this out, you have a simple morning blood test of TSH, Free T4, and Free T3.

You could also have a low feritin level.....again a simple blood test

Just a thought but I know a girl that I work with is always cold. Alot of the time when shes cold and were not she tells us its because she has low iorn. It wont hurt you to get a little extra vitamins in your body. Try a one a day with iorn in it. That may help.

Most women are cold natured but if you are young and in, what you think is good health, you should get checked out by a doctor as far as your blood pressure, electrolytes and other vital signs go. Good luck. Pops

How are your eating habits? You could be anemic. Do you wear enough clothes and get enough sleep? Find out for sure and take good care of yourself.

I have really low iron and am always very cold.

You may have poor circulation, especially if this occurs most in your hands and feet.

One reason could be that you might have poor circulation in your limbs.

Another could be that you need to shut the windows it is wintertime outside. LOL.
