Is cinnamon applesauce a mixture??

yes, it is a mixture. and not only that, but if you mix equal parts of it, it forms a terrific modelling dough like play-dough that you can roll out and cut with cookie cutters and dry on wax paper for a day or two... (turn them over every day to dry) and you can string them and they smell great for years. remember to poke a hole in for the string to go before it dries. i made a bunch of round balls like that and pierced them and made a huge string of beads for my christmas tree as garland. it looks just like gingerbread, and smells so good....

As opposed to what? It is applesauce with cinnamon mixed in, so yes, it's a mixture.
