"Whether venturing out into the mountains or desert for an afternoon or a week, a First Aid kit is one of the essential items that you should pack.
A First Aid kit will evolve into a very personal item, including the remedies you have found to work best for your situations, as well as any prescription medications you may regularly take."

Check the websites below for items that you might need.

A first aide kid should contain at least 10 band aids. antibiotic ointment, skin cleanser, gauge bandages, white tape, small scissors, cold compress,if you want to be able to handle other injuries that may occur such as a broken limb. You would need an immobilizer, a bandanna or a square piece of material large enough to make a sling.etc

nothing. buy a complete first aid kit (under $20, and usually under $15) at walmart. takes the guessing out of it and you will have everything you need cheaper than putting one together yourself
