I bought a silicon muffin pan it has no directions for using it in an oven it only says it can be used at 43c to 230c what oven temperatures are these

That is 110-446 degrees.

109 to 446 degrees Fahrenheit, to convert multiply the Celsius temp by 1.8 and add 32,

technically all of the pans i know go to 500 degrees F. its not likely you will heat your oven to 446 degrees.

C is centigrade (Celsius). F is farenheit.

they are safe up to 450degrees.
