I have an acne treatment that has won me the best answer better then fifteen times. Often, the person who voted it the best answer was amazed at how well it worked, even those who had severe cases of acne. I'll copy and paste it below.

Use a hot compress on it, and then use cool water to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, about five or six times. Use soap to wash the area, and then treat it with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. It should be gone within five to six hours.

Here are some of the previous comments I got from those who voted it as the best answer,

If you're washing your face 3 times a day, it's not good for it. Your skin has gone into over-drive to replace the natural oils that help it (less wrinkles when you get older!). Try washing your face (2x a day..morning and night), with L'oreal Plenitude SHINE CONTROL foaming face wash. Then follow it up with the L'oreal Shine control solution (only use this once a day....morning works best for me). Then 2 days a week use a deep cleaning mask like Olay Deep Cleaning Clay Mask (or if your willing to spend a little more...like $70.00 more...June Jacobs had a pumpkin mask that works wonders.....). This will just pull out that dirt build up way below your skin. Always follow with a face mostorizer after you wash your face. I know it's tempting to buy the Oil-free face lotions but don't, the more dry your skin feels the more it will produce the natural oils. During the day, if you notice your skin getting a bit glossy, buy some of the Oil Absorbing sheets (I don't know what I would do without them!!!). Water water water...don't pick at your face (and if you MUST wash your hands first). All the products run from $3.00-6.00, so you won't go broke! Good luck!

P.S. If you get really big ones, try dabbing a little toothpaste on them to dry them out a bit and then put ice on them to reduce the reddness and swelling....all things I do.....don't do in front of a boyfriend though....they don't seems to think it's cute. lol

I honestly don't know very much about why you have such a problem with acne, but I CAN tell you that if you want to sort of hide them a bit, try dabbing Visine on them. REALLY! It "does get the red out". Do this before you apply makeup.
I honestly wish I could answer better because I can only imaging how awful this must feel for you.
((((hugs))))

HI, I honestly've no idea how this might sound 2 U, cos I, myself spend an average of $250/mth on 'skin maintenance' & stil slap on tons of make-up hoping no one notices my flaws, out in e streets.
I was surfing the internet hoping to salvage my face & found this book called 'acne cured', which claims to salvage bad complexion in jus a mth(god knows how true)... it costs SGD61(converted fr US currency); targetting mainly on daily diets... U cud learn more, visit: www.acnecured. :)

Wash your face morning and night, tanya is right wash/change your pillowcase often, and i had to use accutane, i had horrible acne all over my face and my chest/shoulders, and it cleared it up. but they have other medications out there go see your dermatologist!!

Acutane, but you have to get it through a doctor. I don't care how oily your face is, it will dry up with acutane. To the point where you'll have to use lotion to keep it from cracking.

Go see a dermatologist. It is their field of study, and they can give you the best answer. Personally, I would try retin-a (prescription).

Put Lemon on it, thats wut my dad told me...

But if u want a product, Proactive works, its very popular, u shouldnt have any problem finding it...
Just dont take any pills, thats rediculous and it messes with your hormones.
