I have been married and it's dumb, I am 25 and got two kids and alone, while he's out living it up. It's a paper and a name change. No matter how old you are, being married at the same as it was long ago. Women are different and so are men, Be single and live you life not tied down. Be like a bird, free as the wind and be what you want. *smile and Good Luck*****

It does matter. You need to know if you can handle the situation. And are your feelings for him love, or just lust? Is he into you for just a good time, or will he be willing to support you for the rest of your days? These are questions you need to ask yourself before you say yes. And if you do marry, will he be able to support you financially as well? If all these questions are yes, then go ahead. But you should give some serious thought to this- marrying should be no small matter.

No. At 16 you are far to young to consider marrying anyone. I strongly recommend finishing college and securing a career first. Make sure you know who you are before you tie yourself to someone else.

Even when you are older you don't want to just marry the first guy that asks you. It is okay to think about it, and okay to say no if you don't think you will be compatible.

If you truely love him, have him give the ring as a pre-engagement ring as a promise to stay true. Then when you are 18 or older you can marry him.

Maybe you have to wait just a little. You can't get married in 16, that can do a lot of harm to you and your future.
but if you are TOTALLY sure in your feelings, why not?
