If you take out the teabag after a few minutes, then you can use it to infude many times. But if you are like me, always put the teabag and never take out until I finish the drink, I think it can only be use once. The second times, somehow it has less taste ... I only taste the milk and sugar, and very little tea. maybe because I was using a triangular teabag, but I think it work the same for all teabags.

If a person drinks weak tea I would think so. MMM tea smells good, yummy yummy lol!

Sometimes I can't, the second cup comes out too weak. However, if you let your tea only steep onlyl 1 minute, you should be able to use it 3 times.

Yeah, you can use it until it doesn't saturate the water enough (which you will be able to tell by taste). This is usually 2-4 times.

You can use a teabag twice, but the second brewing won't have as much flavor as the first.
