when shifting from 2h to 4h you can do it up to 25 mph which is stated in the manual. but to shift from either 2h or 4h you have to come to a complete stop or else the transfercase and the tranny wont line up right and youll grind gears and it wont be good for your drivetrain and it wont even go into 4l when your rolling so you have to stop completely.
