Depending on what kind of Spanish you speak: THAY-NAH (Castillan Spanish) for CENA; SAY-NAH, for non-Castillian Spanish speakers. Cual, is as the others said...KWAL.

Well, you just say, in the first word: "cuál" and in the second, you say: "cena". It is very easy.
After I answered this , I took a look at the other answers. Excuse me, but that is NOT how they should be pronounced.
They look like something said by a dyslexic

"Cual" rhymes with wall and the c is pronounced like a k. The c in "cena" can either be pronounced like an s or th depending on the dialect and "ce" rhymes with day and "na" ryhmes with the. I hope it is helpful!
