i think it's simply an evil deed in a way, but they can't if they know they can't get to him so whats the point?

People are rightfully butchering the IMAGES of god which are taken as reality. The real god can't be hurt or ridiculed. By thinking that he can means that you're attached to one of the many false images of him (which are presented in many different religions).

first, define "evil". Second, nobody butcher's god since the bible is his word. We don't butcher him, we quote him. He butcher's himself
