The last Neanderthal colony was in Gibraltar so I don't think he went that far to get a couple of them.

Noah existed about 4500-4800 years ago I don't think there was any neanderthal man at that time if he ever existed.

No, but he did have two Unicorns. The mystery about why they didn't survive was solved last month when Noah's long lost journal was finally translated and in it he mentioned that "they were delicious".
