If you stretch and she stretches too after seeing you could this be a possible sign she likes you (kinda like the watch trick ive heard about where if you pretend to look at your watch then look at the ceiling she will do the same if she likes you)

Well, here is some other signs that she likes you :)
See if she flirts with you uncontrollably or avoids you altogether. She'll usually all of a sudden get louder or quieter when you come around.
Notice how she looks at you--she will either hold it for a long time or pull away immediately.
If her friends are loud and immature, you'll hear "(your name), (her name) likes you!" If she says "no I don't" more than 3 times with a smile or while laughing nervously, then you can assume she likes you.
Watch for her being extremely mean or extremely nice to you for no reason.
Look for her eyes to light up when she sees you or hears you or your name.
Check if she seems mad or will say comments like "just kiss her already" when you flirt with girls.
Notice if she touches you more often (or finds any excuse to do so).
Be aware if she seems overeager to fix you up with someone.
If she stalks you, she likes you.
Or, get to know her, tell her you like her and just see what she says. =)
If she asks you something like "Have you ever been asked out to the dance?", she's implying that she wants you to ask her out to the dance.

Maybe, people that like each other tend to mirror each other's movements, body language is 55% of what we say to the other person. Then again, maybe she just needed a good stretch and it was a coincidence. Try other stuff like leaning your head against your arm, then see if she follows.

Well you were there--nobody here was so we didn't get to see her body language and her interaction with you.
You should know or not--and if you were unsure you blew it big time! The time to find out if she was hitting on you was right after she was stretching.

Yeah definitely she is attracted towards you, likeness will arise when you get to know a little bit.
