There isn't an answer that can be given to you without you seeing your doctor. For some people, that is not fast at all. For others, that is way too fast. 60 pounds lost in a year would average to 5 pounds a month. Best wishes to your loss! :-)

Well first of all, its not healthy to lose ten lbs in 1 week.....that is too much weight to lose in such a short period of time. All i can say is eat only low calorie foods,and just drink water instead of any other liquids, and just work out maybe 3 times inbetween a day and each for 1 hour.

Go for two weeks. Cut back on fats, fast foods,sugars and alcohol. Go to the store and get something like Weight Watchers and what ever will fit into your budget and have two meals a day, I do lunch and dinner, drink lots of water it keeps things moving thru the system faster. And get out there and walk a mile a day. Word to the wise, get good walking shoes.

Increase your activity and decrease your calories. Run or walk and sweat alot, sauna and drink water.. The 10 pounds you do lose that fast, will be water weight.. If you know atkins diet, dothat for 2 weeks on the very first phase but you must really follow it.

cut off 10 lbs of hair and burn it. otherwise, that's way too fast to lose 10 lbs. if you have a party or something to go to, start exercising, do a little detox, and maybe a water pill the day before (and then wear your spanx (body huggers) under your outfit. You will have the illusion of maybe 5-10 lbs lost. After the partyor event, go healthy and lose the weight slowly.

Eat fruit and vegetables only + grain. Join an athletic team A.S.A.P. dude. Also if you can't do that run for 1-2 hours and i'd suggest you stop playing runescape(Saw your question database) or any games at all.

According to Biggest Loser, I guess it's not impossible. You'll have to workout like a dog though, but if you've got the time and energy.
Another thing, my aunt swears by, is taking a colon cleanser pill (from any drug store) and drink lots of water...yummm..LOL...that sounds like fun, but hey, she lost 20lbs last month.

eat a lot of celery because your body burns more calories from chewing it than it provides for u, stay away from sugary stuff like donuts and muffins, and try eating a ton of vegetables with only water and non-sugared green tea
