basically what other people said im guessing.
add healthy fats (nuts, olive oil) into your diet. don't add trans fat though, thats bad for your body
also add in more protein
it could also be that your body is just meant to be thin. but check out your BMI and possibly talk to your doctor to make sure nothing is wrong.
if you're eating enough calories a day and have a healthy well balanced diet this really shouldn't be an issue, unless your burning off the calories, in which case, consume more!

Emmanuel,you are a teenager. Many teenagers are thin, but they put on weight automatically as they grow older. This is because teenagers have a very high metabolic rate and burn calories fast. sport can be the answer,buiding up muscles will help you gain weight.I have a friends who's skinny,no matter what she eats (and believe me she eats a lot...i'm so jaleous as she eats all the things she loves without gaining an ounce), she started doing a lot of sport 1 year ago, well she's still thin but has more muscles(she's now a sport freak hahahhaha), she has a coat of muscles on those bones...:)I'm still jaleous...if only i could eat as much as her and not feel guilty ahahahahahahah

if you want to gain more muscle, eat a lot of protein, it doesn't matter if it's a ton of tofu or a lot of beef, but eat a lot of that stuff, and if you want to avoid a lot of fat, don't eat a lot of carbs unless u exercise, then after u eat ur protein go work out in the gym by power lifting or just focus on building muscle instead of toning it so lift the weights slowly and do it multiple times

Weight lifting will add muscle which weighs a lot. Also extra carbs and protein and eat right before you go to bed

If you want to bulk up, theres pretty much one thing that comes to my mind.
EAT.
You have to eat like there is no tomaro. Avoid foods with excesive ammounts of fat, and concentrate on protien.
You have to eat more calories then you burn. Dont forget to excersize also, to avoid looking a little too "bulky"!
Dont forget your fruits and veggies!

ok heres what u do, go to the grocery store and buy a jumbo bag of chips and a five gallon jug of coke and a fuve pound jug of dip or salsa, three king sise candy bars and three sticks of butter, go home and plop your self on the couch and pig out.

you should take in 2500 cals a day
add oil to your food
1 tbsp of oil contains an extra 120 calories
eat PEANUT BUTTER
I gained 5 lbs when I fell in love with it!! hahaha

eat more and go to the gym and get some muscle... no girl... like me.... likes a dude with no muscles what so ever.... u gotta be physicaly fit... LOL be sexy dude go to the gym and more buffet's
