Do you have any idea what you are saying or the consquences of your actions? Grow up and learn to deal.
I've had some excellent teachers but I've also had a couple of stinkers--really shouldn't have been teaching but I really believe they had mental problems. In 3rd grade we had a real mental case that couldn't teach. We dealt her a fit. She finally started screaming and chasing a student around the room. When she caught him, her nails dug in his neck and the blood started to flow. She didn't come back the next day. They sent in a sub, Mrs. Coy. She stayed for the rest of the year. At the end of the year she told us when she first walked in she expected a terrible class but that actually we were all pretty good students and kids. Mrs. Coy, if you're out there, we still love you. She was quite a teacher.

She's annoying, so you want to get her fired??? What's she do that's annoying? Give you homework? Expect you to do your work?
Why not try being civil to her... she is a human being, you know. She probably has a family and a life apart from school. Maybe see her as human being, rather than "an annoying teacher."
Why not TALK to her in a nice way about what's bugging you? You might be surprised by her willingness to help you.
Are you in middle school or high school?

It would be bad Karma to get her fired, dishonestly...if she has done something highly inappropriate, let your principle know. If you just are not comfortable with her and have made every attempt to fix the situation, talk to a guidance counselor to see what options you have.
If you can stick it out...stick it out...it will help you later in life when you have no choice but to deal with people you can not stand...and trust me...you will have no choice then so you need all the practice you can get now while you still have some options.

Hate? Thats a mighty strong word.
.
I bet she tries to make you do your school work properly and on time?
I bet she won't let you chat on your cell phone while she is teaching?
I bet she demands that you show up for class on time?
You see, it's like this: You are uneducated, almost ignorant, and you are in school to get educated. Your teachers job is to teach and your job is too learn.
Your parents pay taxes out of their wages, for her salary and the building and stuff, it's doesn't cost you anything, so take advantage of the free education and learn!
Simple huh?
.
I got a great idea!
Why don't you talk to her and find out exactly what it is that is bugging her. I bet you'll find that she doesn't hate you.

If she's just doing her job and you don't like having to actually put in some effort to earn a good grade, then there's nothing you can/should do. The increasing trend of the youth now to put in as little effort as possible for anything is disturbing. I know that there are kids out there that work their tail off, don't get me wrong, but they are becoming the exception instead of the rule.

I had an English teacher I hated. Now, I give speeches all over the country about how to write for money, and I say his name and what he taught me and how it was WRONG! That's my revenge.
The guy did have some points, though, but he's probably spinning in his grave (if he's dead) about the things I say.

It's next to impossible to get teachers fired. Your best bet is to do well in her class and get out of there and then never take another class with her again.

As a teacher, you'd be expelled before I'd ever let a little brat like yourself get me fired.
