Partial what? If you mean partial denture, probably yes so long as you can demonstrate an ability to live without it if necessary. Some specialties and postings may not be available to you, however. Ask your recruiter for more details.

Yes.
One consideration is if you want the Military to replace it with other work. If it has only a few, it shouldn't be a problem.
The only other consideration is if you can PT with it in. When the question comes up you need to tell the Docs at MEPS how you can jog with it in, play soccer, or volleyball or whatever.
The only reason to bump you for it is for money or if you can't hang through training with it.
