umm im not sure how much blood is in a light/regular/ or heavy period.. so im not sure whether to say if i have a heavy flow (thats what is feels like to me but it could be regular to others) or regular or light??

Usually a light period has little spots or lines of blood on pad. Which means u have to change less often. And a heavy period usually has a lot of blood on the pad. Which means u have to change it more often than usual.

Heavy flow means that you use nearly 3 to 5 items in about 2-3 hours. I am a heavy flower and it is bad. So if you are not like that, it means you are either light or regular.

Well I'm on my period to I went to a doctor today and asked about my period she said that it's regular blood you should go to..

Light is when you can go most of the day without neding to change your pad,regular is changing it regularly,and heavy is having to change it almost evey time you go to the bathroom!

dosent really matter is it rwally that imp ur just on ur period dosent matter heavy or light use always pad's lay on ur couch all day watch tv drink lots of soda and realx for 5 or 7 days and yeah.....dosent really matter

Me niether just well go to a doctor and get it checked, use lite tampaxs first, or go get pads and see how much blood comes out!

it depends on what you other periods are like.
if you are asking for tampons,go for regular.
if you are asking for pads,go with heavy.
